Do the tesla screen replacements have preamp outputs so aftermarket amplifiers can be hooked up to it?

All of them have at least 4 channel rca outs, and some of them also have one or two sub outs. If you are talking about Edge 12.1 inch one, it only has 4 channel rca outs.
