• How to remove OEM radio refer to: https://youtu.be/6k_9x3mXSUo
  • There are two optional knobs for the unit. They may be disconnected and removed to install OEM parts. If the vehicle has push-to-start button, then only the knob closer to the steering wheel is not used. If the vehicle has 4x4 knob, then the knob closer to the display is not used.
  • If the optional knobs are used, make sure the connectors at the back for them are connected.
  • Depending on if you have manual or auto AC, the ac board connectors at the back are different. If it's auto AC, there is only one 16 pin connector. If it's manual AC, there is another 8 pin connector in addition for AC control.
  • The main harness for 2016 to 2019 are different from that of 2020 and later model years. If connectors not matching with OEM ones, check the label of the harness to see if it's the wrong one.
  • Connect matching connectors to the vehicle. Leave unmatched ones disconnected. For 2020 and later model years, power connector may match two different connectors in the vehicle. Connect the one that can let the unit turn on when vehicle is on.
  • To make connections to the head unit, just match connectors and/or labels. If on-screen AC control is not working, check if 8 pin connector with green and green/black or white and white/black wires is connected to the back of the unit. To retain OEM camera, connect male RCA labeled 'Camera' and female RCA labeled 'CCD Camera'. More details refer to video: https://youtu.be/ZHShKOm7RHA
  • The knobs are programmable. The press-and-hold function of the buttons except the hazard button are also programmable. The default press-and-hold function of the MODE button is rear defroster, and that of fan speed control is temperature control. How to program please refer to: https://youtu.be/OZhknvTLQeQ
