can try to toggle the settings to see if fixes.

be sure to do a reset with pressing the RST button on the Unit with a Paperclip or Pin

or can turn off car, open and close door, turn on car - for reset

Settings, System Vers, Press and hold middle of screen - Keypad will come up - 7890 ok
