If your unit is not booting up, first, find out if it has power by ensuring all connectors are properly connected.
If your unit is not powering off, try to do a reset by taking a small pin and pressing down on the reset button for 20 seconds. The reset button is located usually on the side of the microphone or next to the microphone.
