In tuner mode:
1) Ensure that the antenna is properly inserted into the antenna port behind your unit.
2) Ensure that you use the proper antenna adapter that was provided with the unit.
3) Try to connect the radio's Bluetooth instead of the factory car's
In bluetooth mode:
Try "forgetting" the device from your phone and then reconnecting to it again.
When turn up the volume, the music cuts out:
If have aftermarket speakers, and turn up the volume, the music cuts off. It's because when turn up the volume, the power of the aftermarket speakers also turn up. In case to protect the radio, the music cuts off; otherwise the radio will be broken. That means the aftermarket speakers are not 100% compatible with our radios.
