- The power cord has been changed to without using the power cord adaptor, just connect the black connector to the back of the unit is fine.
- To retain OEM camera or 360 camera, connect male RCA labeled 'Camera' and female RCA labeled '(CCD) Camera'.
- Based on the year and configuration of your vehicle, connect connectors according to the labels.
- DO NOT connect AC connectors to our power harness, which only connects to radio connectors. AC connectors usually have tapes around the OEM harnesses. They are either directly connected to the back of the unit or connected back to OEM Auto AC amp box.
- Connect the 2-pin connector pictured below ONLY IF you have 2016-2018 w/ OEM navi, otherwise, the vehicle may not start or may have error lights on the combination meter/gauge cluster.
- For Android 10 units, always connect 8-pin connector w/ green wires for data communication.
- DO NOT use external MIC unless the built-in and OEM one is not working
- Carplay and radio cannot work at the same time.
- No AC and steering wheel control issue: Please make sure you make the connections correctly and check if you have chosen the cartype as the picture below:
- For the AUTO AC unit: Please make sure to install back the factory auto AC amp box, which is located above the OEM radio/CD player, otherwise, the AC will not work correctly.
- The picture of the power cord for different years, please make sure you have received the correct power cord, if not, please contact us:
- About the physical button of AC fan speed, the short press is for increasing the fan speed, long press is for decreasing the fan speed.
- To make connections to the head unit, just match connectors and/or labels. If on-screen AC control is not working, check if 8 pin connector with green and green/black or white and white/black wires is connected to the back of the unit.
