Please follow the steps below if the SIM card can be recognize but no internet access.
1. Close ylog (skip if it is already closed): open the calculator, enter )83781( to enter the engineering mode, click the DEBUG&LOG option in the engineering mode, and then

Pull out. Because ylog is stored in the external storage first, unplug them all and they will be stored in the local machine
5. Restart the machine (must be restarted to be effective)
6. In the local environment, test for 30 minutes* according to your needs (during the test, turn on the airplane mode (turn off after 5S) 2-3 times, with an interval of about 5 minutes, let the machine
Reload the net. )
7. Confirm whether the operation is successful, and check whether there are these files under the local storage.
Ylog>modem>XXX.log ; if there is this file, it is valid.
8. After confirming that the useful log is obtained, close Ylog (the general scene icon is gray to indicate that the ylog is closed)
9. Copy ylog: Insert the external storage (U disk or SD card), and manually copy the ylog in the local directory to the external storage
