Same idea

need to go in app settings to download maps for offline use

this guide is for Google Maps

First can check if - GPS antenna is connected

confirm have minimum 3 Satellites + Minimum 1 Green Bar

After confirming GPS antenna is connected and getting green bars

First Update Google Maps through PlayStore

Press on Display Picture icon

Offline Maps option

Select here -

then can Download Areas you would like to have when Navigating without internet -
