After the installation the unit get no sound, the volume control on the bottom right corner shows mute.
Check to see if you have the Metal Box Still Installed -
If the Factory CD player is connected and the unit is sync1 radio can also check the setting below
If the unit is sync2 radio check if the metal cover on the sync module connector is take out.
If the unit is the sync3 radio check if the sync module is connected on the back of the unit.
