It can be settings or hardware issues.


After making sure the "car type" and "baud rate" settings are correct, try following settings:

  1. "Reverse from OBD", or "Soft reverse" try "On" or "Off". These settings can be in advanced settings, or factory settings.
  2. "USB 360" try "On" or "Off". This settings should be in advanced settings.

It can be following hardware issues:

  1. Canbus decoder box is defective.
  2. Wiring is incorrect or defective.
  3. Electronics inside the radio brain is defective.
